dapperdapper @ndcollier Based upon your information, you will need the 36-37 sleeve length, which, unfortunately, I do not have. The 18.5/34-35 would allow for some drop in the sleeve length, but you would need a tailor to take in the sides of the shirt. As for the suit the 2XL jacket correlates to a 46, and you will have to have the WAIST of the slacks taken in to fit; it is clear that you have an athletic build.
