Di the arms allow mobility? I ask because I want to use this for orchestra concerts!!

@ki3wi3 I would think so. The bottom of the sleeve is almost under the arm, very short. Laying flat it is 5 1/4 to 5 1/2 width so double that. Maybe check other items to see if that will work.
