Gorgeous blue blouse from LOFT. Front has tie accent that can be worn open or tied for more elegant look. Color is closer to the stock photos (kind of dark periwinkle) and not as teal in my photos. This fits more like XS (loose on me, I am 5’0 and 104 lbs for reference and usually XXS). Front is polyester and back is rayon.
