Hi! I just purchased this bracelet from you, but it won’t stay on my wrist. Is there a special way to secure the screw? It should tighten all the way, correct?

@burnsr1 oh no! yeah, it should screw on on one side. Is it not screwing in? If you can’t get it to stay closed, I do have another one (and I just tried it out to make sure it’s closing properly). I’ll gladly swap it out if you want to send the one you have back, I’ll send you another one. I’m so sorry! I’ve never had that happen. I’ve been wearing mine for over a year. Let me know...
