Brand new without tag black ruffle dress from Keepsake. Purchased from Anthropologie a few years back, its too small for me. Beautiful print of actual floral blossoms. Ruffles feature beautiful small pleating. Upper part is see-through. Fitted bodice, fully lined, back zipper. Size M, fits like S. Measurements: 18.5” bust, 14.5” waist, 32” long, 15” sleeves (from top shoulder). Small snag of lower part of the front.
