This is a pretty top with a slight low high hemline with one side longer than the other. I also pictured the black material under the top layer. This would be great with slacks or a skirt. Apprx. Measurements on hanger: Pit to pit: 21" Shoulder to hem down the middle:26.5" Shoulder to hem down the longer end: 35" There is a makeup mark near the neck area and I added a picture. This is from a try on so I'm sure can come out.
