Brand new light blue button down dress with a waist tie and pockets. Label says 8, but the size runs small, even the J Crew website said the item ran small when I purchased it so I’ve listed it as a 4. Bought pre covid and never had the chance to wear it, now it no longer fits.

@katiew05 the waist is 29” but 32” if the elastic in the back of the dress is fully stretched out. Bust is 36”. Top of collar to bottom of dress is 42”
