I’m confused are they an 8 1/2 or a 9 in US women’s size? If they don’t fit, are they refundable?

@xstagee… The size chart seems to say they’re both an 8 1/2 and 9 as a size 39. What size are you normally in most women’s shoe sizes. Since you said it was tight I just want to see if it would fit me.
