Brand new. I ordered these from an adorable Etsy shop in the United Kingdom, to use as a photo opp at my daughters December wedding. I forgot to pack them and take them with us, so we never got to use them! I thought they might be cute in a photo opp, because date wise, this pandemic period in our lives will definitely go down in history. They are very well-made, hand done, with quality materials and lace, and double layering w pleats on the front and the back. Non-smoking home.
