I know you’ve labeled this as NWT, but in your last picture it appears that “firework” and “heat” were used or got cracked?

@mypinkpeonies Howdy! The palette is brand new, none of the shades have been used/swatched. The photo of the swatches on the arm is a photo the brand has taken and I am using so that everyone can see what the shades look like.
