New without tags; has defects. Defects being color flaws (uneven saturation) with the fabric, darker areas where maybe the dye wasn't evenly mixed. We don't think it's super noticeable. Features a boxy cut, oversize crew neckline with distressed seam detail and raw cut seams and hem! Perfect with active wear and dressy casual! SO cute!!! Fabric is 100% cotton. Fabric may be dusty from store warehouse but nothing overt to note. Due to the color wash process used, there may be slight color variances with fabric, however, anything overt is noted above. Color variances may self correct after a few washes.
