Color is British Royal Navy - slightly darker than plain navy blue. New without tags; has defects. Defects being a tiny tear along the front bottom waist seam. We almost didn't see it as it blends with the seam stitching. Also, the Frank & Eileen cloth size tag has been removed. These pants have been measured to confirm size. Approximate measurements are 14.75" across the waist, 11.75" for the front rise, and 24.25" for the inseam. Please see pictures, thank you.
