Color is British Royal Navy - slightly darker than plain navy blue. New without tags; has defects. Defects being a 4.5" fabric run across the front right side of the faux zip fly area of the pants. The dark fabric does somewhat make the run harder to see. Also, the Frank & Eileen cloth size tag has been removed. These pants have been measured to confirm size. Approximate measurements are 14.75" across the waist, 11.75" for the front rise, and 24.25" for the inseam. Please see pictures, thank you.
