New without tags; has defects. Defects being slight irregularities with the distressing detail along the inside collar seam which is heavier than normal but does not interfere with wear and use. The heavier distressing does blend well with the distressed fabric detail of the top. Last there is a faint mark above the pocket maybe from the color wash. It looks like a water mark.
