There was no slip that came with this and not sure if anything does come with the dress and we couldn't find style name for reference, sorry. A variety of slips would look super cute. Fabric tag is not attached and we do not know the exact content; sorry. Sheer fabric feels like a thicker chiffon and bodice - a cotton or cotton blend. NOTE -Fabric and seams may be dusty (not stained) from warehouse storage, however nothing overt to note.
