New with tag; has defects. Defects being what appears to be an adhesive like glue splatter above the hem, back side. There is also a faint 1.5" mark on the back right leg area. It's possible dress touched a dirty surface in the warehouse. This looks like it will clean well. Please see pictures, thank you.
