New with tag; has defects. Defects being the dress hem has slight discolorations consistent with dirt of dust possibly from dragging on dressing room floor during a fitting. Dress features a lovely slip style, adjustable thin shoulder straps with a chiffon off the shoulder sash on the left, a button up side seam creating a high leg slit, and slightly ruffled hem.
