New without tag; has defects. Defects being an irregularity in the fabric knit used which is a looser knit and slightly thinner. Also the pink neck ribbon and ribbed hem are slightly discolored (not stained) from dust. Lastly, the button on the back looks sun faded or possibly not the correct button used. Sweater should clean nicely. Too cute to toss regardless of it's imperfections. Please see pictures, thank you. This sweater knit top is SO adorable featuring a lightweight knit fabric, puffy short sleeves, cropped hemline, and a lovely ruffled neckline with cinching pink ribbon tie bow! SUPER cute paired with jeans, skirts and much more! Fabric tag is not attached and we do not know the composition, sorry. Please note - Knit fabrics tend to have light pilling however there is nothing overt to note.
