New, never worn, no tags. Inside tag says S but it fits like an XS, especially in the chest. Not for us bustier ladies. This tank is a crop top that you slip over your arms then tie in the back. There’s a button and loop closure at the top/back to secure it. Lace detail around the top with denim blue and white stripes. Material is 65% cotton and 35% polyester.

larkauskas @shambles2chic On me it does. It sits at my natural waist. But I'm also a medium and this is an extra small. I imagine on someone who is a true XS or S it would sit just above the belly button. Hopefully this helps!
