This is a new with tags, Disney brand, “Prince & the Frog , Dr. Facilier” cell phone charm. It was purchased in a “gachapon” (capsule toy vending) machine in Tokyo, Japan. This was one of a total of 8 designs available that are supposed to resemble pieces of chocolate per each Disney Villain. Comes with the original paperwork that was included in the capsule toy.
