Never ended up wearing these and they come with the original case, the case has some surface marks from being stored with other sunglasses, but the actual sunglasses were not worn so they are scratch free, new condition, the cleansing cloth and paperwork are not included what you see is what you receive, which is the sunglasses in the case.
