New and unused. This has been in my drawer with hopes of using it…didn’t happen. Has leather strap and nice length handle with a push button to open Signature “C” logo design. Comes with original storage bag … bag has marks from being in my drawer. The tag came off, but I kept it inside the storage bag with the umbrella. What is great about this particular umbrella is it has a bit longer handle than the cheaper ones. PLUS when you push the open button, the handle doesn’t pop open UNLESS the umbrella is unstrapped 🤗
