phoenix9428 @natalie_esq Hi love, the boots are not stretchy but the measurements for the mid calf is about 14 inches circumference and top calf is about 16 inches circumference.

phoenix9428 @jenniferpowe130 Hi! Sorry these boots are regular width but I think these boots are relatively comfy the chunky heel and platform help a lot. And yes it fits below the knee.
