vicki_huff @dcrc Hi there! I just took pictures showing the measurements which might open another inch or so. The patches/aids are attached where you want with velcro. I have a 40 lb. border collie and this fits her(with a t-shirt on as well) but I would not try on a much bigger dog :( This harness is brand new and is in excellent condition.
