NEW Billabong Retro Board Shorts

True vintage Billabong brand board shorts with a super cute retro design. Super soft, bright baby blue lightweight board short material with 70’s style stripes and palm tree scene, and sturdy neon drawstring waist band. Lower waist, and handy Velcro side pocket. Bought new from a surf shop in Hawaii in the early 90’s and never worn. Size 5, fits a small or medium best. Waist measures 16.5 laying flat and inseam is 3".
