luxvintagedeals @linaberkeslove Yes, I believe so, these boots are beautiful, but they did not have my size when I ordered them, so I was not able to try on a pair to test the fit. However, I have not had any one tell me that they run small or that they did not fit....also this is my most popular style and I only have a few left.

luxvintagedeals @alicia4sd Hi, the lower calf measurement is 14 inches, upper calf measurement is 16 inches. The front of the boots are genuine leather, the back is strecthy textile fabric, the soles are genuine leather.
