NEW Artisan Crafted Circle Dangle Earrings. Sterling Silver Edge & Hardware. Beautiful rich vivid Turquoise/Aqua Blue Circle Earrings, with amber veining. These modern fun earrings were created by an artisan in California. They were gifted to me in the Xela envelope (see photos). I’m uncertain if Xela is the name of the merchant or the artist.
