NEW condition, never worn US size 4 100% polyester shell and lining Fully lined 24-25 inch waist, may be able to stretch a bit to 26 inch waist Up to 35 inch hips About 36 inches long Please note: There are a few loose threads, a yellow mark on the bead and skirt near the waist, and one bead with a gray line in it. I have tried to include these pictures. There are some light pen marks on the hem of the skirt but they are not visible while wearing (see pictures).
