New, never used for its purpose, hard cover black, Avery brand, 3 ring binder, that holds Business / Name cards. The plastic sleeves can hold 600 cards measuring 2” x 3.5” (30 pages). The binder rings opens so you can remove the pages. The spin has plastic pocket for labeling and organizing. There are also 2 pockets on the inside front and back cover.
