New, never used for its purpose, Request brand, Japan, Business / Name card holder metal ringed binder. The plastic sleeves can hold 500 cards measuring 2” x 3.5”. The binder rings opens so you can remove the pages. The black binder cover is soft sided. The spin has plastic pocket with removable paper panel to replace for labeling and organizing. Comes with 5 plastic tabs to sort the sleeve pages. (See photos for details) I am the original owner.
