New w/tag; has defects. Defects being a tiny orange discoloration, maybe drink splatter (not sure), front left shoulder area of the sweater. Looks like something that can be cleaned. Also, the ribbon accents are slightly loose in areas/excess ribbon, and does not lay perfectly flat. Maybe the bows can be retied and adjusted? Please see pictures, thank you.
