New with tag; has defects. Defects being three runs the largest approximately 3.0" in length just above the ruffle hem on the front center area. The color of the fabric and floral print hides the runs pretty well. Although we did inspect this dress thoroughly for runs and could find no more, it's possible to miss smaller runs with multicolor prints.
