It has a battery powered puck light that you can change the color (red, blue, green or white), by pushing on the top. Requires 3 AAA batteries not included. It has a removable black fabric ruffle collar with gold metallic moon and stars. The “Fortunes Told” fabric sign is flanked by 2 plastic skeleton hands.
