Oh Polly - Matching Top/Skirt Set! Brand New - Never Worn! Top - US 4 Bottom - US 6 I had purchased for a vacay, but the color didn’t look well on me. I had noticed the small black marks on back of the skirt & tried to return it but missed the deadline for it. I had taken the tags off bc i swore i would wear it but never ended up doing so :(
