BRAND NEW!! This beautiful velvet gown with rose and ornate embroidery is an amazing dress for any formal event. It's sure to make a statement, in the best way, anywhere you wear it. Originally a strapless dress that I added 1/4in crossed velvet straps to to give it extra drama however the straps can easily be removed if desired (no other alterations).
