Have these been burned? Can you show a picture of the wicks if so?

@cassandragood No. Brand new bought at Nordstrom. I’m not going to include a picture of the wicks. if there is a problem, you can open a case for a refund. I keep these in a dark box in my hall storage to preserve their scent. All my Nest candles are new in box and prices are firm. I bought a few of these at the holidays and had some left.
