NCIS Signed 3x5 Card / DAVID McCALLUM (1933-2023) As Ducky / MAN FROM U.N.C.L.E.

David McCallum was born in Scotland in 1933 to classical musician parents. Although an accomplished oboe player, David became interested in acting in school but left at age 18 and was conscripted into the British Army during the Korean War but was assigned to West Africa. He quickly rose in rank to Lieutenant and left the Army to attend the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. David got supporting roles in films and television until 1964 when he was cast as Russian secret agent Illya Kuryakin in the hit British series “The Man From U.N.C.L.E.. His fame almost outshone The Beatles and David was mobbed everywhere he went. The show ended after 4 seasons and his life finally became normal again. David’s next hit show was the cult science fiction series “Sapphire & Steel” which ran from 1979-1982. In 2003, He was cast as Dr. ‘Ducky’ Mallard on the #1 drama show NCIS and played the role for 20 years until his death in 2023. David signed this 3x5 inch card in black Sharpie - it is in excellent condition and comes with a certificate of authenticity from Florida Finders.
