Beautiful long asymmetrical hem dress by NBD sold at Revolve. Draped detail across the chest and waist. Flowy bottom. Swiss dot detail throughout. Condition: Good pre-loved. There is some fabric fraying on the right strap as seen in the last photo. One of the straps also appears to be sewn on backward as seen in the second to last photo.
