Cup: Great item, only flaw is that part of the black trim on top of the actual mug has chipped (see photos for exact location) but this does not affect the functionality of the cup! Great for hot or cold coffee or drinks of any kind. Hardly ever used, very clean. Office Supplies: brand new never used! The pencils do have some signs of wear involving the packaging.
