Mystery Vintage Fossil Watch ES-8619 Roman Numerals Date Window @ 6 Leather Band

In good pre-owned condition I have scoured the internet and I can't find anything about this watch. NOTHING. That is crazy to me. Is this poor watch the last of its species? I found a bunch of Fossil watches that resemble this but either don't have the bubble glass or don't have the date window or both. WEIRD. If you have any information on this, please share?
