The brand is Myan and was purchased at Francesca's closet. It is short sleeve and a thin sweater type material. It is turquiose with gorgeous tan designs throughout. It is stretchy. I just got it home and realized ot was a little big for me and I dont think they take back final sales. Size large. Retails for 54. Bought for 35 before tax.

@abbyoga armpit to armpit is 16 1/2 inches across the front. Waist line across the front is about 14 inches but there is some stretch to it. Length from top to bottom is 36 inches. Length from the waist hem line to the bottom of the skirt is 20 inches.
