My Vegas dress! Sequined and flirty with several layers of tulle- bodycon

Sequined bodice, layered asymmetrical bottom, shoulder straps- no tags, fits a slim medium but perfect for a small or size 2. A fun dress with a light retro twist. Designer tag is missing and I don’t recollect the maker, but it is from the late ‘90s.
