barker44 @ridinghood13 Oh you're so amazing! Thank you! One day at a time. Been a rough couple of weeks for me as well. Family flipped upside down and lots of crying. But we will make it! How's the saying go? If you are depressed it is because you are living in the past, if you are anxious it is because you are living in the future, if you are happy it is because you are living for today. So true!

barker44 @ridinghood13 I read a book once that changed my life. It's called Self-help: A Guide to Healing Depression and Anxiety. Written by some doctor. But it's amazing and I recommend it to anyone dealing with life's problems. Love you and your beautiful face!

barker44 @cmcbryde lol yes I'm fine. I struggled with depression and anxiety for most of my life. Almost 20 years. Sometimes it was almost debilitating. But I learned how to change the habits of my thinking, my negative thought process. It works! Sure, I sometimes feel negatively about myself still but it's far and few between and nowhere near as bad. I love myself now. :)
