It has a built-in silicone grip, running around the entire top of the dress. It has flexible plastic inserts on each side to help give it form and keep it up. It has built-in foam breast area. The bust is 30”, waist is 29”, the dress itself is 29” long and the chiffon skirt wrap is 40” at its longest point. Pre-owned but in overall good condition.
