My MASH Destiny Diary Game

It does have writing in the front page, shown in pictures. This is a game based on the classic MASH (Mansion, Apartment, Shack, House) fortune-telling game. It's designed to help players "Discover Your Future" by answering questions about where they will live, who they will marry, what car they will drive, and what they will do. The box art features three animated girls and includes examples of questions asked in the game, such as "What car will you drive?" and "A convertible!". The game is recommended for ages 6+.
