My Little Pony Plush Walking Sweet Steps Pink Hasbro 2005 Toy Walker Light Sound

This is in good pre-owned condition It does work, talks and lights up, the arms and legs move but the wheel does NOT move. When you turn this on and push the heart on the front and arms and legs kick and the wheel tried to turn but does not. The voice sounds clear and works great.
