shulamis @missygraff yeah prob a dumb question, but what is 3d rendered plastic? Is that like from those new "3d printers" I have been hearing about?

missygraff @shulamis not a dumb question at all. Basically, I design the plastic part in a computer program and have them 3D printed into Nylon plastic. I then dye the plastic by hand and them join them with the sterling silver which I fabricate by hand.

missygraff @shulamis the plastic is a bit flexible yes so the small part pops in and out easily. And it is very strong.
