Noted on backside near the bottom you can potentially replace your plaster if it doesn't work out ideally the first attempt by contacting the company on website which they will charge you few dollars to order new plaster. Note- It was a gift to a friend that never got given to them I've had it for almost a year now. Still sealed in original packaging unfortunately the ribbon has some discoloration due to the elements of dust/dirt particles I believe it can be easily cleaned off with some water and a little bite of soap, I haven't tried in case I can't the ribbon back beautiful...
