mrschiI am sorry to hear of the loss of your beloved mother. I thank God that He allowed you to have such a great mother. I thank God for the times and memories that you shared. Now I ask God to heal and fill the hole in your heart that your mother left and give you the peace of knowing that she is with God, and there is no better place to be. May God bless you and your family during this time. 💕😘💕

Dec 09Reply

kanyejoyner@mrschi In Jesus name AMEN🙏🏽 & I couldn't have said those words any better. Dec 14Reply

1savvyshopper@kanyejoyner OMG! I am so sorry about your loss! I didn't now you lost your mom. I know the pain all too well. I lost my mom in 2008. The pain of losing a mother cannot be explained, it can only be understood by experience. Again, I am very sorry. I have not been as active in POSHMARK as I use to be, but I remember how precious your mom was. She enjoyed helping you model items for yours closet. There is no doubt she is walking the streets paved with gold and basking in God's glory!

Dec 14Reply

kanyejoyner@1savvyshopper thanks so much. I'm sorry you had to experience the pain of losing your mother as well. It's not been a month yet. I'm up now just staring at the darkness in my room. No TV nothing I'm just having a rough night. I miss her so much.

Dec 14Reply

1savvyshopper@kanyejoyner Ooo! Trust me, I know it's hard. I feel for you--I really do. The pain is excruciating and never ending. I still cry when I think of my mom because a mother-daughter connection is strong! Just let your tears flow and don't hold them back. You will dream of her and you will feel her presence often & she will make you smile. Hold on to the memories...

Dec 14Reply

kanyejoyner@1savvyshopper you're so right. I have felt her in my dreams & Talked to her. I pray to God all the time to continue to let me see her & it's always happy things when I do. I'm so grateful for that & the memories it's just hard right now & like you said I'm assuming always will be. Thanks

megz31When someone you love becomes a memory the memory becomes a treasure. I hope you can think of this during your journey of healing

Dec 22Reply

kanyejoyner@megz31 you're absolutely right. All my memories of her are certainly a treasure that I'm keeping in my heart forever. Thank you😊

Dec 22Reply

megz31I deal with death every day. I'm an Oncology nurse and I still never know what to say...I NEVER say I'm sorry, it's really the last thing people want to hear...so I try to find things that may bring comfort

Dec 22Reply

kanyejoyner@megz31 cancer is hated by this family. It has took so many of us out but you're certainly right people don't want to hear I'm sorry. I really don't know what I want to hear but you're also right about the comfort part. Just knowing others care & support you makes a big difference. Thanks for your comment & I'm selling those dresses bc they're not really my style but I'm wearing a 22/24 now.

Dec 22Reply

megz31I hate cancer to but I LOVE taking care of cancer patients and their families making them comfortable, making them feel like they aren't sick just by being my dorky self. There's nothing you want to hear, because no one can say anything to take away your pain, your grief, your loss. So people give condolences and over and over you have to thank them and sometimes console others which just sucks!

Dec 22Reply

megz31You don't have to talk about it but can I ask what kind of cancer your mom had? I hope the nurses took good care of you guys!!

Dec 22Reply

kanyejoyner@megz31 the nurses were great. Some of the best people I've ever met. I sent them flowers after my moms death just bc they deserved them & so much more. She had bone & liver cancer.

Dec 22Reply

Dec 23Reply

impossiblychicJust came across this. I feel things happen for a reason. I lost my mom last year and it is one of the most difficult things anyone can endure. I know the pain is so deep right now and is something you're probably still dealing with it on a daily basis. But I can tell you, it will get easier. The pain is always as deep but thankfully not as often. I wish you a Happy Holiday because it is what your mom would want for you.

wenrellaLosing someone we love is never easy. But I believe we don't loose them because they are always in our heart. I KNOW you will see her again, just like I know if we don't meet in this life, I'll know you were a Posh Soul Sister & PFF. Love from Wenrella ⭕️❌✌🏽️

Dec 26Reply

kanyejoyner@wenrella how sweet you are😘. I'm honored & I appreciate your kind words.

Dec 26Reply

kanyejoyner@priscilla1978 thank you so much Barb.

Dec 26Reply

tutuohtooI am so sorry for your loss and especially sorry I am so late in seeing this. You will be in my prayers sweet one and I hope that God holds you in His loving arms and gives you strength through pain, comfort through strife and peace through struggle...in His loving name I pray for you. Amen

Dec 26Reply

mandavaisI'm so sorry for your loss 😞

Dec 26Reply

kanyejoyner@lemonwacki thank you so much Vicki. Your words have touched my heart this morning. I so love the ladies on posh. I have gotten so much support from this app. Thank you again & I hope you had a wonderful Christmas🎄😊

Dec 26Reply

for_the_babyThis is so sad to hear. I cannot imagine losing my mom. I hope you are finding peace and pray she is looking down over you and your family with smiles!

Dec 27Reply

kanyejoyner@for_the_baby yes she's certainly looking down on us from above. It's very hard to lose anyone you love but when it's your mother your entire world comes crashing down & there's nothing you can do to prepare someone for this type of loss. I don't wish this pain on anyone. The good memories keep me going & just knowing one day we will be together again keeps me from going insane.

Dec 27Reply

Dec 27Reply

beansmama19@kanyejoyner I'm reading this for the first time. My condolences to you. Your Moma was a beautiful woman and looks so very young. My mommy passed in 2008. Still tugs at my heart as if it was yesterday. God Bless you.

Dec 30Reply

kanyejoyner@tamiller she was young only 57 & I believe the pain of losing a mother will always tug at our hearts. My thoughts & prayers go out to you for the loss of your mother too. It's a hard thing to deal with but the memories keep me sane. Have great posh day👍🏽

Dec 30Reply

stylenuReading this as I'm sharing your closet. I am so sorry for your great loss and my prayers go up for you. I'm glad you have the great memories to help you through. I'm here if you ever need an ear or a prayer.

Jan 03Reply

kanyejoyner@janismarie the pain is indescribable, it's something you never could prepare yourself or anyone else for. Everyday goes by & life's just not the same. I'm so empty inside but I try to find a way to get by until I see her again. Thanks for your comment. Posh has really been a big support system for me.

1savvyshopper@kanyejoyner Hi Brandy: 😘 I saw this message and I thought of you.... From my This Too Shall Pass calendar for today: When we say good-bye to a loved one, We beg for an end too. Make the pain and suffering be done, Put life back to what we knew. But as we look back on the time spent together, We realize we were truly blessed Because we will have the happy memories forever, And now a "guardian angel" is ours upon request.

Jan 14Reply

kanyejoyner@1savvyshopper the message is very true. Thank you Carolyn. God is truly amazing. I was here earlier today writing my Mom a note. I do it from time to time but always hit cancel when I'm done so no one thinks I'm crazy lol but somehow God let you contact me with your message. Now I really know fate let my mom see what I wrote...somewhere in angel cyber space😘😘😘

Jan 14Reply

1savvyshopper@kanyejoyner Don't deprive your mother of a heartfelt note because of what others might think... Yes, God used me as a vessel to convey an important message to you. I'm glad I was obedient to His instructions.

Jan 14Reply

kanyejoyner@1savvyshopper you're so right Carolyn. Also thanks for listening to our Father bc of you I feel even better😘😘😘

Jan 14Reply

1savvyshopper@kanyejoyner Brandy: God shows up in unlimited form (via a phone call, a spontaneous email from a friend, a post, billboard), He said all we have to do is ask, and it will be done.

Jan 14Reply

kanyejoyner@1savvyshopper he used you today Carolyn. Thanks for that message. I feel super blessed🙏🏽

Jan 15Reply

kanyejoyner@mskfar thank you so much for commenting about my mom. Here she is & my trust is with the Lord. There's no way I could get through this without him.

Jan 15Reply

kanyejoyner@marcie0707 here's my lovely Mother. There's many share groups I can tag you in. Just let me know if you want to be tagged in others. I'm members of quite a few with lots of members. I've made sells this way but it just takes lots of time. Like there's not enough in one day & at times I will not make a sale for a week straight😁😁😁

Jan 17Reply

heavensparadise@kanyejoyner Aww Brandy!! She's gorgesous. I want to start crying just seeing her picture I am so sorry Hun!! Life is full of struggles we just have to hold our head up and keep on going. My sister pat will be 60 on Monday and she has a baseball size mass in the center of her liver

Jan 17Reply

heavensparadise@kanyejoyner Because of size and location it can't be surgically removed. So she is doing y90 radiation in hopes to shrink it. Once we get it shrink at least two centimeters. She can undergo transplant and I need all the prayers we can get that we are compatible so I can give her half of mine.

Jan 17Reply

kanyejoyner@marcie0707 I will keep her in my prayers & you too. The family suffers as well..it's not easy seeing your love ones going through any thing that hurts them😓. Life is a disco & no matter the music I just keep dancing. I heard that on a movie & have used it ever since lol. Have a great new night😃

Jan 17Reply

heavensparadise@kanyejoyner @kookc Her daughter Rachael has cerebral palsy and this has been a horrible ordeal for her to handle. I basically live with them and some weekends I come home if the aides are able to be there with them so I can spend time with my husband. He's amazing. Doesn't complain!! And is hoping I can be her live donor. Rachey needs her mom and I have made that clear to the whole transplant team. I have to donate but they will not check comparability yet because the mass is so large

Jan 17Reply

kanyejoyner@marcie0707 aww you're the sweetest ever & I would have did anything to save my mother but it was in Gods hands not mine.

Jan 17Reply

heavensparadise@kanyejoyner @kookc If I could trade places I'd do it in a heartbeat. Unfortunately all I can do is keep her as healthy and strong as I can. Some days I don't even get to open posh but I do my best as long as she's having a good day.

Jan 17Reply

heavensparadise@kanyejoyner I know your right it is in gods hands and I will help to give her every chance I can. I don't want to think about life without her!!

Jan 17Reply

kanyejoyner@marcie0707 sounds like you have an awesome understanding man in your corner which is the best when you're struggling through what you're going through now. It's not easy & you never can be weak. Your sister needs you now more then ever.

Jan 17Reply

kanyejoyner@marcie0707 I was so weak on the inside but I never once let my mom see that in me. I had to be strong for her & that I was.

Jan 17Reply

heavensparadise@kanyejoyner Yes mam. Thank you for sharing your mom with me. I can tell she is a sweet soul. I love posh and sharing because it keeps my mind off of negative thoughts. Posh and all of my posh sisters is such I blessing for me. Night !! Thank you for letting me vent!!

Jan 17Reply

kanyejoyner@marcie0707 at night I would lay & cry myself to sleep & my hubby would just hold me never saying a word & even though there was silence I felt so comforted by his presence that he didn't need to speak, holding me was enough. Sometimes I think people don't know what to say if they haven't been through it.

Jan 17Reply

kanyejoyner@marcie0707 it's ok I'm always here if you need to talk and as of now there's no need to think of life without her bc you still have her & no matter what you will always have her. My mom is with me everyday.

Jan 17Reply

51twentyShe is very beautiful Brandy. Just take one day at a time. Your grieving process may be different than someone else's. You're allowed that in your own time an own way❤️ PM just might be an outlet for you😊 I'm happy I've met you.

Jan 17Reply

kanyejoyner@kookc thanks for commenting & you're right I think I use pm as an outlet, my Mom would tell me "Brandy put that iPad down & give your fingers a break" lol I still hear her voice everyday.

Jan 17Reply

51twenty😊 You have and have met a lot of friends that rally around you. 🤗😘🤗Sending loads of love and hugs your way..@kanyejoyner
