This is a Musturd Seed Woven Tiered Mini Dress that is a size Medium. It is lined and is 100% Polyester. It has a full skirt. It is very soft. The store had another tag that made a small hole near the shoulder seam(see Pics). Laying flat, it measures: Armpit to armpit-21" and the length is 33.5". It is new with tags. Please measure something that fits you laying flat. The length is measured from the shoulder to the bottom hem. I measure pit to pit laying flat for the Armpit to armpit measurement.
